Your consultant meets you at the property to go through the project in detail: the scope, the necessary steps, and what needs to happen at each stage. Drawing on years of running a renovation company themselves, they start drafting your detailed quote right there during the meeting, so you leave with real numbers, not just a plan.
If the project needs it, we bring in an architect, designer, or structural engineer from our vetted network, for technical drawings, planning, structural calculations, permit requests, and anything else essential for the project. We leave no stone unturned. Finishes get chosen and locked in during this stage too, drawing on a vast network of suppliers built up over years working in the Amsterdam market.
